Sunset Tours

At River Wild Kayaking we offer Sunset Tours.

We leave our launch a little before sunset, and travel through the mangroves at a time when the wildlife is very active. The waterway feels like a different world to the one of just a few hours ago. A wonderful sight to see in this transitional time of day. We work our way towards a bridge that is home to a colony of bats, we arrive just in time to see them depart, sometimes just one or two, sometimes over a hundred, depending on weather conditions. On the way back your guide will then help you navigate the stars. That's right! Our guides are not just wildlife experts, they love the night sky too.
